Mr Mahesh Chand, Chairman, Exceliitt
An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he has over 35 years of experience in engineering and having worked globally in Nigeria, France and Germany. As a visiting faculty he guided the young minds of Maulana Azad National Institute Of Technology, Bhopal in Metallurgical Science and engineering. Mr Mahesh is known for his hard work and sincerity, his success mantra is “Growth in Life”. He believes that with the right amount of inspiration, encouragement and knowledge constructive changes can be achieved. Through his vast experience, he is actualizing this long cherished dream through Exceliitt.
Dr Venu Agarwal, Director, Exceliitt
Dr Venu has been a renowned and most loved educator. With her extensive teaching background of over 40 years, from working in NIGERIA for 4 yrs, Carmel Convent Sr. Sec School, Bhopal, from1985 to 2017 in Chemistry as her expertise. During her tenure like an alchemist she transformed the lives of her students with her disciplined and focused approach; she shouldered many other responsibilities as well by serving as Cultural in charge, Discipline in charge, Member of editorial board, House mistress etc. She furthered the horizon as Principal NRI Global Discovery School, Bhopal from 2017 to 2020 and as Director Administration at The Oriental School, Bhopal from Feb2021 to March2022.
Dr Venu is a proud recipient of NATIONAL AWARD FOR TEACHERS-2014 BY CBSE.
She represented India on a panel for discussion of education policies of Japan in 2016, sent by UNITED NATION UNIVERSITIES for UNESCO in collaboration with Ministry of culture science and technology, JAPAN and HRD Ministry, Govt. of India.
Dr Venu has a number of presentations, publications and four Patents in India and USA as feather in her cap.
As a multifaceted personality, she was honored as BEST CHOREOGRAPHER, SCRIPT WRITER (at ZONAL AND STATE LEVEL), BEST TEACHER AWARD by various organizations of Bhopal and was also titled as GEM of ladies club.
Holding the belief “give back to society” in 2007 she founded “SAMVEDNA” GROUP OF CHARITY to help those in need. It gives her immense satisfaction to serve the community through this humble initiative.
Mrs Lata Dubey, Advisor to Exceliitt
Upon completion of her post graduation in Political science, she went onto pursuing her dream of teaching by receiving certification in N.T.T from National Teachers Training Institute, N.Delhi.
She chose to round out her student teaching experience for 18 years at Bal Bharati Public School, N.Delhi, where she fulfilled many roles from teacher to Sub In charge of Montessori Department to also being appointed the Training In charge for Montessori Teachers Training Certification. Lata helped in designing pre primary Syllabus for several Government organizations in Delhi. She also gave presentations and conducted seminars on Early Childhood Care.
She guided the working of BLEW computer centre - A unit of BHEL Helping Hands. Besides her passion for teaching, she is a connoisseur of Arts & Culture and is a philanthropist at heart. With her sincerity and commitment she served & fulfilled the role of Vice President of BHEL ladies Club, Bhopal.
